Anxiety
During treatment, individuals with anxiety develop an understanding of their triggers and learn coping skills to address worry, fears and/or panic attacks.
Social Skills
Individuals who are struggling with social interaction learn ways to start and maintain conversations and build positive friendships with peers.
Bullying
Individuals who are being bullied will learn how to stand up for themselves, get help from the correct sources, and break the bullying cycle.
Communication Skills
Individuals who struggle to communicate with others will obtain the skills on how to express feelings to peers, parents, teachers, coaches, and others effectively.
Depression
Sessions with clients who have depression involve learning techniques for overcoming sadness, isolation and feelings of loneliness.
Self-Esteem
Clients with self-esteem difficulties will develop strategies to identify strengths and focus on positives about one’s self.
Anger Management
Clients struggling with anger management will obtain an understanding of the feelings hidden by anger and how to better express those emotions in an appropriate manner.
Peer Supervision
Licensed Associate Counselors who are applying for licensure will be able to develop a plan of supervision to help them reach their goals of complete licensure.
